Get More Tools into the Cut

Diamond 20 is Cubic’s 20mm diameter (0.78”) sliding headstock Swiss-type CNC machine. The top of the line model in the series Diamond 20CSB comes with cross slide unit and a sub-spindle of back working. It features a total of 26 tool positions:

Stationary tools
- 6 OD turning tools
- 4 front side ID stationary tools
- 4 back side ID stationary tools

Driven (live) tools
- 6 driven tools on cross slide
- 3 driven tools on the front side
- 3 driven tools on the back side

Modular Design

The 20 series can be tailor made to include sub-spindle and cross milling unit for even wider range of applications.

Spindle Indexing Comes Standard

5 degree spindle indexing comes standard with brake for drilling, milling and tapping applications.

Rough Material Bushing

Rough material bushing can be used with less expensive bar stock with larger tolerance.

Save on Bar Stock

The remnant material can be controlled to as little as 5.9” to reduce waste.
